We believe good living starts with great service. Our on-site team is here to make your experience easy and enjoyable — whether that means responding quickly to maintenance requests, offering tips on the best local spots, or keeping you in the loop about what’s happening in the community.
But our work goes beyond apartment walls. We stay active in the greater Lafayette community through volunteering, partnerships with local charities, and support for causes that make a difference. It’s all part of our commitment to the values we live by every day: Culture, Community, and Commitment — or what we call The Three Cs.
These values drive how we support residents, treat one another, and continue to grow as a team. It’s about showing up, pitching in, and creating a place where people feel truly at home.

A LOCAL GUIDE TO Lafayette, Indiana
Founded in 1825, Lafayette, Indiana has been a trading center for more than three centuries dating back to the establishment of a French fort in 171 on the Wabash River. It is the seat of Tippecanoe County, which is the home of more than 170,000 residents. Lafayette is also closely associated with West Lafayette, the home of Purdue University, on the opposite side of the Wabash River.
History & Culture
In its earliest days Lafayette was a shipping center for riverboats on the Wabash River. Lafayette was named after French Revolutionary War General Lafayette, who significantly aided the United States during the war. It has been the hub farming and industry in the region thanks to its location between Indianapolis in Chicago. Purdue University was established in 1869 in West Lafayette and is one of the most respected public universities in the United States with an enrollment of nearly 40,000 students.
Transportation
Local public transportation is provided by CityBus, which offers multiple bus routes seven days a week in both Lafayette and West Lafayette. The Lafayette area is served by Interstate 65, making it an easy 60-minute drive to Indianapolis or 2-hour drive to Chicago. Both Amtrak and Greyhound also service the city.
Restaurants
Lafayette has a bustling downtown with multiple restaurants and bars to choose from. BRU Burger bar in downtown Lafayette offers a wide array of burgers, fries, and shakes with a full bar menu. Just across the river in West Lafayette Triple XXX Family Restaurant has been featured on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives and is famous for its homemade root beer.
Things to Do
Through Purdue University the Lafayette area has a wealth of entertainment options year-round. Elliott Hall of Music regularly welcomes large musical acts and also is the home of the famous PMO Christmas Show. Numerous other speakers, comedians, and performers also appear regularly on campus. The Lafayette Aviators are a collegiate summer baseball league team playing in the Prospect League each summer. Purdue also is a member of the Big Ten Conference in athletics and regularly sells out Mackey Arena and Ross-Ade stadium for basketball and football, respectively.
